British kids

We are in the United Kingdom of the 70s and 80s. Facing the BBC public channels, there are several private channels, mainly regional. The main private network is ITV. Since 1971, young British viewers can purchase a weekly print magazine dedicated to ITV's youth programs: LOOK IN. Comics, interviews of stars, games, posters,... Naturally there is never a mention of the BBC's youth programs in LOOK IN. In 1985, the BBC join forces with a publisher to release its own children's magazine modeled on LOOK IN: BEEB (from the BBC's local nickname). Result: a nice fiasco. Only 20 issues published... I have them all...
